Unit: The measure of an investor's share of a managed investment or fund, consistent with the concept of a share in a company.
Unit Price: A unit price is equal to the value of an investment divided by the number of units issued. Unit prices move up and down each day in line with the movement in the value of the underlying assets.
Unlisted Property Trusts: A trust that owns a portfolio of real property and is not listed on an approved stock exchange.
Unlisted Security: Referring to shares, or units that are not available for purchase on an approved stock exchange.
