How and where can I access my account?

You can access and manage your account online anywhere at anytime from a computer with an Internet connection. RaboPlus Internet banking can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is simple to use.  

If I need help who can I contact?

You can call our Customer Contact Centre on 1800 445 445 between 8am and 8pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday. You can also fill in our contact form.
If you are already a RaboPlus customer you can send us a secure email and we will contact you as soon as we can. 

How do I make a transfer from my linked account to my RaboPlus account?

To transfer funds from your linked account to your RaboPlus account you need to click on "Transfer money" from the left hand menu. This will allow you to make a one-off transfer from your linked account or set up a re-occurring transfer from your linked account.   

How do I transfer money from my RaboPlus account to my linked account?

To transfer funds from your RaboPlus savings account to your linked account you need to click on "Transfer money" from the left hand menu. This will allow you to make a one-off transfer out of your RaboPlus account. 

How do I change my address details?

Please send us a secure email, we will update your address details as soon as we have received this. To send a secure email please log into your account and click on "User Options", located in the left hand menu. 

Where can I find my available balance on my account?

Click on "Savings Accounts", the screen will then display your balance and your available funds. 

Where can I check that a transfer has been successfully confirmed?

Transfer from your linked account

  • To view pending transfers click on "Transfer money" from the left hand menu, then "Pending transfers in".

  • Completed transfers can be viewed by looking at your savings account transactions. Select "Savings Accounts" from the left hand menu, select your savings account and select "Details".

Transfer to your linked account

  • Confirmed transfers can be viewed by looking at your savings account transactions. Select "Savings Accounts" from the left hand menu, select your savings account that you transferred funds from and select "Details".

Can I make an international payment transfer in or out of my RaboPlus account?

Unfortunately RaboPlus does not support international transfers in or out of our accounts. The best alternative is to have the international transfer made directly to your linked account - your account with another bank that is linked to your RaboPlus account. When the funds are available in your linked account you can transfer the money to your RaboPlus account.
