RaboPlus is the new online banking service from Rabobank Australia Ltd, offering for the first time in Australia, access to a single online platform combining high-interest savings, term deposits and direct access to a selection of predominantly wholesale managed funds.

RaboPlus operates exclusively online with no retail outlets or phone banking, with customers accessing and managing their accounts, and buying and selling managed funds, using the RaboPlus self-directed online platform.

RaboPlus is designed for internet and financially-savvy investors who are looking to manage their investments online with lower fees and receive better rates on their savings.

Our high promotional savings rate of 8.00% pa on call is available to everyone on balances up to $1 million until 31 July 2008. Low cost managed funds
RaboPlus customers are also offered a selection of mainly wholesale managed funds with a transparent fee structure consisting of one low entry fee of 0.75% on funds invested, and no further ongoing fees payable to RaboPlus. Funds can be bought and sold online with as little as $250.

Better online banking security

Online security is a strong feature of our service, and we've invested in the best security systems available. All RaboPlus customers are given a free advanced security device to access their accounts and authorise online transactions. The device, called a Digipass, is easy to use and provides far greater online banking security than username and password, or random number generator tokens.

We believe Australians have a right to better protection from the banks against scamming attacks and the Digipass provides one of the world's best defences against online fraud, particularly 'man in the middle' attacks.

None of the direct online banking services already launched by Rabobank in Belgium, Ireland and New Zealand over the last 4 years, have experienced any online fraud because of the online security measures we have taken.
